Financial Analyst

Description

Paradigm Software Enterprise Solutions is currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Financial Analyst. Ideal Candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Possession of strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality
  • Confident, positive attitude, accountable, sets and meets high expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, oral and written, across all levels of the organization
  • Effectively translate financial and operational data concepts to a non-financial or technical audience

Responsibilities

  • Understand operational areas and processes to assist with planning and reporting
  • Perform analysis on variances between budget and actual performance and re-forecast results as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to further refine current financial, reporting and operational processes
  • Implement processes that will provide additional support for current system
  • Assist with process improvement projects in the operational areas
  • Other duties may be assigned

Experience

  • Previous finance experience: 3-5 years
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years
  • IT background is a plus
  • EPM or OLAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Understand our product options, in order to better locate potential lead
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitor’s information
  • Provide superior customer service. Evaluate customers’ potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Utilize retention techniques to proactively retain existing customers
  • Other duties may be assigned

Experience:

  • Previous Sales Experience: 3-5 years
  • Existing/Potential client leads is a plus

Responsibilities

Blockchain engineers must be able to design protocols and do lots of testing of assumptions. You must also be able to master particular programming languages. Almost every programming language has some sort of Bitcoin library.

Web Developer

Description

Paradigm Software Enterprise Solutions is currently seeking interns to join our team learning Web Development skills. Ideal Candidates are Sophomore or Junior students whom demostrate the following qualifications:

  • Management Information Systems (MIS) Major
  • Possession of strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality
  • Confident, positive attitude, accountable, sets and meets high expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, oral and written, across all levels of the organization
  • Interest in Technology to facilitate business processes

Responsibilities

You will be working remotely most of the time (i.e from home, campus, a coffee shop, etc), so self-discipline is very important. Office Meeting occur 2 to 4 times per month.

Like in College, assignments have deadlines. Your professors do not micromanage you, and neither will we. For MIS majors, you will find the work similar to how TP1, ITPM and DB1 are held. You have to figure out how to complete the work using the training given. This develops Critical Thinking skills, Problem-Solving experience and Self-Mastery. You will work under someone whom attended Bauer and also studied MIS, which will give you an opportunity to learn more about how MIS courses are applied to Business Intelligence, Cloud Data Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management.
